Purezza To Open A New Restaurant In Hove This Summer

Popular vegan pizzeria Purezza is opening a new outlet on the seaside. The new branch will be the first 100% vegan restaurant in Hove. Located near Palmeira square, it will open its doors for the guests in August.

Purezza was launched in 2015, and since then it has won multiple awards for its vegan pizzas. The brand is also famous for its homemade plant-based mozzarella which is made from natural ingredients and contains no palm oil.

In 2020 the Purezza opened the largest vegan restaurant in the UK located in Camden and released its own recipe book.

The new Hove location will have two floors with plenty of seating space. The interior is designed using sustainable materials, decorated with eco-friendly paint and upcycled furniture.

The menu will feature a range of pizzas, starters, cocktails, gluten-free options and the famous Purezza’s raw vegan menu, which includes raw tiramisu and pizza made with a base of seeds and nuts.

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Tim Barclay, co-founder and co-owner of Purezza said: “2020 was always set to be a big year for Purezza, and whilst the Coronavirus crisis was an unforeseen challenge, it won’t affect our plans.

“Purezza is a growing brand, but our home has always been Brighton & Hove. Before looking at national expansion, we’re proud to be able to give some of our most dedicated customers a brand new beautiful space in Hove to enjoy.”
