Planty Launches Vegan Ready Meal Delivery Service In The UK

Planty has officially launched its ready meal service across the UK following a successful London trial period.

The brand currently offers a range of nine healthy and delicious frozen plant-based meals including Mac ‘no’ Cheese, Shepherd-less Pie, Yaki-Miso Udon Noodles, BBQ Banana Blossom Burrito, Red Thai Sweet Potato Curry, Garden Pea & Mint Risotto, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Rigatoni, Harissa Carrot Tagine and Zesty Xinxim. 

Planty offers one-off purchases as well as subscriptions with prices starting at £40.20 for six meals. The company plans to expand the range to include more options in the future. 

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, a spokesperson for the company said: “Our calling card is our delicious sustainable products, but ultimately, our customers are contributing to a broader movement of healthier eating and fighting against climate change through eating more plants.”

“We want to build Planty as a brand for change, rallying people to drive action, alongside solidifying Planty’s position in the UK. We’ll be considerably expanding our product lines alongside increasing the scope of meals occasions”.
