Vegan restaurant brand KOJO is opening its quick-service restaurants in London.
KOJO To Go launching this month will be located on Liverpool Street, and the other one will open on Kensington High Street.
KOJO brand was created by Nobu London Portman Square executive chef Michael Paul and nutritional expert Alina Gromova-Jones in Hampstead. The duo launched its first location in Hampstead in December 2020.
The healthy restaurant concept offers entirely 100% organic dairy-free and plant-based food, including dishes such ad miso-glazed aubergine, teriyaki rice bowlGoma ramen, Tulum tacos, and Thai basil rice paper rolls.
KOJO co-founder Alina Gromova-Jones says: “KOJO is born out of a passion for nutrition. Creating a menu that can do good for ourselves as well as our planet, that places us at the centre of a growing community which is prioritising the health of the environment in order to protect our own health and wellbeing.”
“It’s a simple belief based on the premise that you get out what you put in. After all, it’s no coincidence that the best way to look after our own health is to look after the health of the planet.”
