London-based food startup Pasta Plant was born with a simple goal: to make Italian food truly healthy.

In order to do that, the company has engineered a new way of combining organic superfoods into pasta. This product is a game changer particularly for athletes and for people who follow strict diets, by choice or by necessity.

Pasta Plant is made with legumes, greens, root vegetables, seeds and cereals and is packed with healthy plant-based protein. It is certified organic, gluten free and vegan friendly. It is easy to cook and can be paired with any sauce or vegetables.

With a long history of pasta-making tradition behind them, these Italians in London have managed to create a healthy superfood without sacrificing taste.

'What’s best, it’s 100% organic and free from allergens. A pasta that’s suitable for athletes, vegans, coeliacs, and diabetics? The answer was in nature all along', said Daniele Siro, Founder and CEO of Pasta Plant.

PROACTIVE pasta coontains 61g protein, 19g carbs and 0 sugars per 100 grams, it has been designed for muscle recovery and growth. Perfect for athletes or those who want to minimise their carb and dial up their protein intake, Proactive is 100% organic and vegan friendly.

PROSPER pasta with 33g of plant-based protein, 25g of carbohydrates, fibre and Omega-3,  is suited for everyday consumption and makes for an ideal pre-workout meal. PROSPER is particularly indicated for those on a vegan diet, due to the high protein, omega-3 and minerals content.

Pasta Plant will launch in mid-December 2020 nationwide.
