High street bakery Greggs has launched specific paper bags to serve vegan products, according to Vegan Food UK.
The group shared a picture of a Greggs new bag on Instagram and wrote:
"Maybe this is in response to a number of people being served the non-vegan steak bakes - hopefully, it works!"
The inscription on the bag says 'enjoy our vegan-friendly range'.
On the back of the bag, there is a handy guide with small pictures of the different pastry patterns featured on the vegan sausage rolls and steak bakes.
The new bags were designed to help Greggs staff serve customers the correct options and avoid serving vegan customers non-vegan product
