Greggs Has Launched Vegan Hot Cross Buns For Easter

Greggs has finally announced the launch of its next vegan offering.

Today, the bakery chain has debuted vegan hot cross buns in its stores across the UK. 

The buns have an orange flavour and are filled with a unique mix of spices and vine fruits.

The pack of four buns cost only £1.

The new vegan Easter treats will be on sale for a limited time only. 

Last week, Greggs released a special “black card” that entitles holders to get free food delivered from the chain on request.

This year, Greggs launched vegan steak bake for Veganuary, and more recently a vegan version of its classic glazed doughnut. 

Recently, the chain also revealed that it is developing plant-based recipes for more of its most popular products.
