Fellow vegans and all those following a plant-based diet will be pleased to know that Greggs added another vegan-friendly option to its menu.
After the massive success of vegan sausage roll and vegan steak bake, the famous high street bakery has just introduced a vegan baguette.
The brand new entirely meat-free and dairy-free offering is made with plant-based ham from Quorn and Violife plant-based cheese.
Greggs confirmed the news on social media.
The chain wrote on Instagram: "Going, going… GONE!
"Get stuck into the all-new Vegan Ham and Cheeze Baguette. Available in a Greggs near you now!"
Plant-based meat company Quorn commented on the post: "BRB we are running to our local Greggs?"
It looks like the new addition to Greggs menu is popular among all customers, not only vegans.
One fan wrote: " I'm not a vegan, but I thought I would give this a try. It's really nice!"
Another one added: "Tried it. Really liked it. Ty Greggs"
So now, if you're wondering if you should give it a try, just run to your closest Greggs and get it before it's gone!
