Cathedral City released new vegan cheeses
"Our Plant Based Cheddar Flavour Spread" and a mature cheddar-style block "Our Plant Based Extra Mature Block” join the brand's vegan range.
The UK’s largest cheese brand, Cathedral City has expanded its dairy-free cheese range with two new vegan cheese products: a spread named “Our Plant Based Cheddar Flavour Spread” and a mature cheddar-style block "Our Plant Based Extra Mature Block”.
Cathedral City range features other vegan offerings such as the Block, Grated and Sandwich Slice versions, a Spring Onion & Cracked Black Pepper Alternative to Soft Cheese.
“Cathedral City is known for having multiple great tasting strengths,” said Neil Stewart, Head of Marketing for Cathedral City at Saputo Dairy UK, owner of the brand. “Our Plant Based is now no different with the introduction of an Extra Mature variety.”
“We are keen to continuously innovate in the plant-based cheese category, which is why we have used our knowledge and expertise and applied them to a spreadable cheese alternative,” he added.
