Birds Eye Debuts New Vegan Frozen Meals

Frozen food brand Birds Eye has released a new range of easy to prepare plant-based meals mixes.

The Green Cuisine Mixes line was created to make your home meat-free cooking easy and enjoyable. 

The line features three products: Bolognese Mix, Mexican-style 'Fajita' Mix, and Chilli Mix, all of which retail at £3.

The mixes feature a combination of pea protein, vegetables and sauces, providing "versatile and convenient ways of creating meat-free meals".

All the mixes can be cooked up at home in just 8-10 minutes and used in a variety of dishes.

Anne-Marie Gayer, Senior Brand Manager at Birds Eye, said: "We know more people are becoming conscious of their meat intake, but don't know where to start when it comes to making meat-free meals that their family will enjoy.
