Popular vegan restaurant Oowee is opening a pop-up kitchen in Brighton and Hove and will be available virtually through the Deliveroo app.
Oowee Vegan will offer its award-winning American style vegan burgers, fries and sides which are ‘100 per cent delicious’.
On the menu, you will find Beyond Meat 1/4 Pounders and The Big Oowee – with signature sauce, American cheese, hash brown, gherkins and lettuce – and The Big VG – featuring garlic mayo, smoked gouda cheese, sweet pickled onions and lettuce. There are also vegan fried chicken burgers including The Sneaky Clucker – with signature oovee dirty sauce, American cheese and lettuce – as well as The Baconator, with baconnaise, smoked gouda cheese, hash brown, crispy bacon and lettuce.
Bristol-based Oowee Vegan has been extremely popular in its hometown.
The business started as a sandwich pop-up in 2016 before the founders Charlie and Verity opened their first restaurant called Oowee Diner. In 2018, they opened a Deliveroo Editions site in London, and they started developing meat-free versions of their popular dishes. In 2019 they opened their first 100 per cent vegan restaurant in Bristol, and this year the brand launched its first London outlet on Stoke Newington Road in Dalston.
The Oowee Vegan was named the Restaurant of the Year at the Deliveroo Awards.
The brand's vegan venues have been so popular among customers that the founders have decided to focus on solely vegan offerings.
