allplants Launches Vegan Cooking Classes On Instagram

allplants vegan food delivery company is launching free cooking classes on Instagram.

allplants was founded in 2017 by brothers JP and Alex Petrides, and today it delivers frozen vegan meals across the UK. The company operates the biggest plant-based kitchen in the country led by Masterchef finalist Joey O'Hare. 

O'Hare will teach the viewers how to 'boost and enhance simple dishes at home' and how to make classic sauerkraut, kimchi, dill pickles, and kombucha.

The four-part series of classes will be streamed weekly every Friday, starting on March 27.

In a statement sent to Plant Based News O'Hare said: "The beautiful complexities of flavour that layer up over time in sauerkrauts, kimchis, and pickles is so helpful for enhancing any food, especially when you don't have that much in your kitchen to work with."  

"Usually people don't have the time to ferment, but many have always wanted to," she added. 

allplants is also launching its Spring plant-based menu consisting of 24 new meals.

The new dishes include Tempeh Rendang Curry, Three Mushroom Risotto, Golden Peanut Satay, and Sweet and Sour Stir-fry.
