Adidas Launches Vegan Football Boot Designed By Paul Pogba & Stella McCartney

Paul Pogba created his own football shoes in partnership with Adidas and Stella McCartney and they are 100% vegan!

Manchester United football star Paul Pogba and fashion designer Stella McCartney have teamed up with footwear giant Adidas to launch their first vegan football boots.

The limited edition Adidas’ Predator Freak football boots are made from entirely cruelty-free materials and part recycled materials.

The Manchester United midfielder designed the shoes during lockdown when he couldn't play football. The idea for vegan botts was borm when he had a chat with Stella McCartney .

The shoes were released on the Adidas app and will be available to purchase from November 1st.

Paul Pogba said in a statement: “I am a footballer first and foremost, but I have a huge interest in fashion and design and I’ve always wanted to explore this further. I’ve been a fan of Stella McCartney’s work for a long time, so when we came together for The Huddle last year and had this idea, it felt like the perfect opportunity to create something.”

Stella McCartney added: “Creating with the planet in mind is core to the Adidas by Stella McCartney partnership.

“Working together on the design and bouncing ideas off each other was such a fun experience, and the boot perfectly fuses the world of fashion and football, showing how we can continue to create with the planet in mind."
