Hollywood star Rober Downey Jr. said he was following a plant-based diet.
The American actor revealed the news in an interview he gave during his latest film's premiere at the Westwood Village Theater in Los Angeles.
Downey Jr. is playing the role of Dr Dolittle in new movie Dolittle, which was co-produced by his wife Susan.
During the film's premiere earlier this month the actor was talking about his wife: "She is the greatest creative producer in the history of cinema.
"And I make faces for cash and chicken. Even though no, I’m off chicken now. I'm going plant-based! For cash and legumes."
Susan Downey added: "Not chicken anymore."
Recently, the plant-based diet has become extremely popular in Hollywood with lots of stars and celebrities announcing they are following a vegan lifestyle.
The major Hollywood awards organisations made decisions to become more sustainable and ditch meat and dairy from the menu to help the environment.
The Golden Globes, Critics Choice Awards, and more recently Screen Actors Guild Awards, were applauded for serving plant-based meals during their events and spreading environmental awareness to a wider audience around the world.
