Macaroni is tossed through our creamy, cheesy sauce with charred broccoli, fresh greens and a delicious toasted crumb. Using nutritional yeast (in combination with garlic) not only evokes all the cheesy, savoury flavour, it also gives serious punch and protein per gram. We use toasted sunflower seeds in our cashew sauce to bring out a moreish, umami nutty flavour, while encouraging the oils to surface for a depth of flavour that truly satisfies without any preservatives.
