For a great smoothie, shake well to mix the blend, then add 2 tsp of your chosen mix to a blender with a banana & 200ml of your favourite plant-based milk (we use almond or coconut) & blitz well. Add spinach leaves or frozen berries for an extra boost - don't be afraid to use your imagination!

For the hardcore juice drinkers, try using water instead of a plant-based milk for a full-on, fresh flavour explosion. But it doesn't just end with smoothies! Just stir in a teaspoon of these gorgeous blends to porridge or cereals for a nutritious twist to get you going in the morning.
