What Is Golden Raisins?

Golden raisins have a higher level of moisture and are plumper than dark raisins. They are seedless, larger, and lighter (hence the name Golden) and they have a bit different and unique flavour than darker raisins. These are lightly oiled, which allows them to not stick together.
