A tangy, herby cashew cheese covered and infused with Italian herbs, bursting with Mediterranean flavours to complement notes of citrus and floral.
Perfect sprinkled on salads or pasta, or as a delicious addition to any cheeseboard.

cashew nuts, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, herbs, lemon, pink Himalayan salt, garlic, onion, tapioca, mustard, lactic acid, miso (soy), cultures.
Allergens in bold. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)

Storage
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 3 days after the best before date. Wrap well or put in a container after opening. Can be frozen up to 4 months.
