Please welcome our very own Fleur de Fauxmage! A delicious, tangy, soft, and slightly crumbly goat-style cheese marinated in citrus and herb-infused oil. A seriously perfect addition to any salad or tapas board.
Don’t let the Lavender scare you though! The combination of savoury herbs, like thyme and Rosemary, with beautiful fresh lemon rind all add to the moorish flavour profile of the soft and salty cheese within.
Ingredients
Almonds, coconut oil, tapioca, salt, miso, rapeseed oil, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, lemon, lavender.
Allergens in bold. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)
Drained weight 120g.
Storage
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within the best before date.
