Shiitake mushrooms are a great store cupboard ingredient with a lovely flavour.
Great in stir-fries, stews and soups, these shiitake mushrooms are grown in Colombia. Once soaked, these mushrooms can be used like fresh mushrooms.
To Use: Soak for 20 minutes in warm water or milk, drain, and use like an ordinary mushroom in risottos, stroganoffs, stews or stir fries.
Ingredients: 100% Shiitake mushrooms.
