This almond-based blue cheese is washed with Earth Ale's Dandy Stout to create a much-loved Blue cheese with sweet and savoury notes of rich marmite and piquant Blue. Less ‘in your face’ than the Brixton Blue, this cheese goes down well with lovers of serious blue cheese as well as the more casual Blue lover
Ingredients
Coconut oil, almonds, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, salt, Dandy Stout (water, malt (gluten), barley (gluten), hops, yeast, dandelion root), vegan cultures (gluten).
Allergens in bold. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)
Weight ~ 100g
Storage
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and follow the best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
