Cypressa Cypriot Ricotta cheese is a type of traditional Cypriot cheese. It is a white, crumbly cheese made from sheep's, goat's and cow's milk. It has a mild, slightly salty flavoe and it's often used in Cypriot cuisine in dishes such as salads, pastries, desserts or on top of pasta.
