What Is Currants Medium?

Currants are known as Corinthian raisins and derive from small, sweet, and seedless grape called Black Corinth. They are a key ingredient in British cuisine used in variety of traditional baked goods like fruitcakes, puddings, teacakes and spotted dick.

Instructions For Use: 

Currants can be used like berries in tarts/pies & other desserts, such as sorbets & puddings. Use them in fruit salads, or to garnish desserts with their pretty colour. They are smaller than raisins & tend to be dry, reconstitute dried currants in a little warm water before using them

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
