Corn Crackies - Broghies - 75g

These Corn Crackies are a crunchy, popped corn grain, bowl-shaped dieter's best friend. A low in calories & carbs, fat-free, vegan & diabetic friendly snack packed full of nutrition and flavour? No wonder they are popular with Slimming World, Weight Watchers and various other weight loss groups! 

There is no one way to use them and can be used for all times of the day, as a morning snack with avocado, a lunch time substitute instead of bread, have a Broghies sandwich! Or even some fresh fruit drizzled in maple syrup, hot or cold, sweet or savoury, it really is up to you. 

There is no gluten in corn but they are produced in the same environment as Wheat Broghies so there is a small risk of cross contamination and they are therefore not labelled as Gluten Free.
