What Is Coarse Himalayan Salt?

Himalayan Pink Salt is a rather marvellous product, The many hues of pink, red and white are an indication of this salts rich and varying mineral and energy-rich iron content. It is because of these minerals, that Himalayan pink salt carries a number of healthy benefits with its use.

Instructions For Use:

Coarse Himalayan Salt can be used pretty much the same way as you would use standard salt. Add it to savoury recipes, sauces and marinades for some seasoning, or sprinkle over your food at the dinner table. It also makes a great replacement for bath salts.
