Rough puff pastry top with a shortcrust base, filled with seitan, sweet potato, parsnips, swede, carrots and a dash of real ale. This is comfort food at its finest! Clive's home made herby seitan pairs perfectly with Stroud Brewery’s organic Budding Ale and earthy, roasted root vegetables.
