Christmas Pudding is a staple of any festive feast, a vintage dessert that ties back all the way to medieval times but popularized in the Victorian age.
This vegan friendly pudding is made using classic ingredients such as dried fruit, which bring a sweet and zesty tang, aromatic spices and that all important preservative, alcohol (in this case cognac)!
The end result is a Christmas Pudding made by the wonderful family owned business, Authentic Bread Company, that is lusciously rich and fruity and made in the traditional way with organic brandy and plump vine fruits and full of flavour.
