This luxurious Organic Chestnut Gnocchi isn’t any old Gnocchi, this is made with Chestnut flour that is sailed over ‘port to port” from one of their selected regenerative and organic producers. It is sailed during 6 day trip on a beautiful old wooden clipper from Portugal to their home harbour Mylor, Cornwall.
The taste is delicious and divine, sweet and rich with a deep nutty flavour.
