A creamy burrata-style cheese infused with black truffle and oozing with vegan champagne cream. A limited-edition delicacy and exclusive part of our Valentine's Bundle.

Ingredients

Organic fermented soya beans, cashews, almonds, maize, tapioca starch, porcini mushroom, champagne, water, agar agar, olive oil, black truffle, vegan cultures, salt.

Allergens in bold. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.

Storage

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Do not freeze.

This cheese is packaged in a compostable vegetable starch bag, inside a kraft paper tub.
