Brixton Blue is a tangy, piquant almond-based blue cheese, aged with authentic blue mould. The perfect treat for blue cheese fans!
This almond-based blue cheese is aged with Penicillium Roqueforti mould to recreate the characteristic blue cheese hit that many of us miss! This is a cheese for fans of more acrid blue cheeses with rich texture and a pungent aroma.
Coconut oil, almonds, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, salt, vegan cultures.
Allergens in bold. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)
Weight ~ 100g
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and follow the best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
