Our faux-brie is coated in rich, porcini-dusted, charcoal and aged with a delicious white bloom rind, boasting a creamy texture with unique umami notes.
Perfect for slicing and enjoying with crackers, or baking (160°C for 10 minutes) and enjoying with sourdough and chutney.
