A creamy mozzarella-style cheese with an almond and organic soya base, perfect in salads or melted on pizza, pasta, or baguettes.

Ingredients

Almonds, cashews, fermented organic soya beans, olive oil, maize, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, agar agar, sweet garlic, salt, pepper, citric acid.

Allergens in bold. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.

Storage

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Do not freeze.

This cheese is packaged in a compostable vegetable starch bag, inside a kraft paper tub.
