A uniquely flavoursome Belgian-style beer. We ethically source pine and birch tree sap from forests all over the UK, then add an infusion of dried pine to create delicious and woody pine notes. The sap is added to the fermentation process, which lasts four weeks, producing a perfect Spring-Summer concoction bursting with flavours of the forest.
Ingredients
Water, malt (gluten), barley (gluten), hops, birch and pine sap, pine needles, yeast.
Natural, unfiltered & unfined.
Allergens in bold.
330ml bottle, 7.3% ABV.
