Three layers of almond sponge baked with glace cherries. filled with layers of vanilla frosting and raspberry jam. Topped with a drizzle of raspberry jam baked into the sponge and finished with flaked almonds. Serving approximately 8 slices, each cake is handmade and beautifully decorated in our Lincolnshire bakery by our dedicated team of artisan bakers. Since 1972, we've perfected the art of cake baking using traditional recipes and quality ingredients!
