A thick, dense and velvety smooth glaze made with 60% Balsamic vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP). The concentration of balsamic vinegar in this glaze gives a perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavour which is characteristic of a good balsamic vinegar. Great to mix with olive oil and seasoning to create a vinaigrette dressing.
