Hot 'N' Smoky Kimchi

Similar to a more traditional kimchi, this Hot ‘N’ Smoky is flavoured with tamari and smoked paprika. It is made with a variety of different vegetables and spices, preserved with salt and lactic acid bacteria. Our Kimchi is naturally cultured using organic ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques. This method of preparation has been used for thousands of years to enhance and preserve the nutritional value and flavour of food.
