Broken Brazil nuts: natural raw kernel pieces at a lower price than whole nuts – ready for baking, chopping and snacking.
These are the same raw Brazil nuts as our whole kernels, simply broken during shelling and grading. Each 100 g provides 682 kcal and 8.1 g fibre, with the rich, buttery flavour and natural selenium richness Brazil nuts are known for. The pieces save prep time wherever you would chop nuts anyway.
Why are broken Brazils cheaper? The nut is identical to our Whole Brazil Nuts – pieces simply grade lower than intact kernels, so you pay less for the same taste.
How many Brazil nuts a day? Brazil nuts are very rich in selenium, so the equivalent of 1–3 whole nuts a day is generally enough.
Do you have an organic version? Yes – Organic Broken Brazil Nuts are certified organic.
Available in 250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg and 3kg recyclable pouches, plus a 20kg bulk pack for trade and catering.
